I am looking for something to help me slow down and relax. *
I have a very, very busy mind and am worried that I might not be able to tolerate a "slow" yoga class. *
I am very, very stiff and tight, and am not sure I could do the "pretzel" poses that I see in magazines. *

I am "hyper-flexible" and my joints are very unstable. While I can move easily into different positions, I am afraid of hurting myself by going to far. *
